Returns & Exchanges

Full-priced items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt as long as they are unused and with the tags intact. If 30 days have gone by since receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. 

Items purchased during a sale or from our sale section can returned for store credit only. You will be responsible for all related return shipping charges. Items purchased with a welcome promo code do not count as sale items and are eligible for a full refund. 

We do not refund shipping costs.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tags intact. Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

For returns, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
