I SEE SOMETHING I LOVE, BUT I WOULD LIKE TO CUSTOMIZE THE SIZE, COLOR OR DESIGN. HOW DO I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?

Most items can be customized to your liking. We have custom-made everything from shower curtains and body pillows to wedding decor. E-mail your request to info@thefoxandthemermaid.com and you will receive a response within 24 hours.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

You can absolutely return your item up to 30 days after receipt, but you will be responsible for all related shipping charges. To return your product, please contact us at info@thefoxandthemermaid.com to make arrangements.

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

 We ship worldwide.

I AM NOT IN THE US. DO I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES? 

Possibly. Any and all custom duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please look into the customs policies of your country before making a purchase. We have no way of knowing whether a particular country or customer will attract import fees and we cannot be held responsible for such costs. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours.

Pre-order and custom items can take anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks. 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

 Yes. You will be sent tracking information as soon as your item ships.

 WHAT IF MY ITEM NEVER ARRIVES?

All items are fully insured. For domestic orders, if 20 days have passed after your item shipped and you still haven't received it, we will send you a new one. For international orders the wait time for a replacement is 40 days. 

 WHAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?

We always want you to be happy so if you have any problems at all, please send an email to support@thefoxandthemermaid.com and we will take care of it.

 DO YOU HAVE A STOREFRONT IN LOS ANGELES?

Not at this time, no.
