I AM NOT IN THE US. DO I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES?
Possibly. Any and all custom duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please look into the customs policies of your country before making a purchase. We have no way of knowing whether a particular country or customer will attract import fees and we cannot be held responsible for such costs.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
In-stock items ship within 1-2 business days and sometimes even on the same day.
Pre-order items can take anywhere from 1 to 6 weeks.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes. You will be sent tracking information as soon as your item ships.
WHAT IF MY ITEM NEVER ARRIVES?
All items are fully insured. For domestic orders, if 30 days have passed after your item shipped and you still haven't received it, we will file a claim and send you a new one. For international orders the wait time for a replacement is 50 days.
WHAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?
