Many items can be customized to your liking. We have custom-made everything from shower curtains and body pillows to purses, camera straps and wedding decor. E-mail your request to firstname.lastname@example.org and you will receive a response within 24 hours.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
Full-priced items can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt. Sale or discounted items can be returned for store credit only. You will be responsible for all related shipping charges. To return your product, please contact us at email@example.com to make arrangements.

I AM NOT IN THE US. DO I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES?
Possibly. Any and all custom duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please look into the customs policies of your country before making a purchase. We have no way of knowing whether a particular country or customer will attract import fees and we cannot be held responsible for such costs.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours and sometimes even the same day.
Pre-order and custom items can take anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes. You will be sent tracking information as soon as your item ships.
WHAT IF MY ITEM NEVER ARRIVES?
All items are fully insured. For domestic orders, if 30 days have passed after your item shipped and you still haven't received it, we will file a claim and send you a new one. For international orders the wait time for a replacement is 50 days.
WHAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?

DO YOU HAVE A STOREFRONT IN LOS ANGELES?
Not at this time, but if you are in Los Angeles, in person pick-up can be arranged in the Venice and Brentwood areas.
